About me: 

 My name is Julie Steinbach, LMT and I have been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Oregon since 2009.  I completed a 600 hour massage training program through East West College of Healing Arts in Portland Oregon. 

Throughout my years as a licensed therapist I have worked in a rehabilitation department at a hospital, in a physical therapy office and in private practice.  Each year I complete at least 12 hours of continuing education classes to learn new techniques and modalities in order to better serve my clients. 

Touch is incredibly important and one of our most basic needs. I have always been drawn to body work and the healing nature of it.  My desire is to help my clients achieve their personal goals when it comes to their physical wellbeing.  Whether it is to increase general comfort, flexibility, circulation or lymph function, or to decrease chronic pain, tension, anxiety, chronic headaches,  etc.. massage can be an excellent tool to improve a person's overall health and sense of wellbeing.  

I provide a mixed modality massage; utilizing Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point techniques as appropriate and gua sha and cupping on request or recommendation.
